FREELANCERS STEPS EXPLANATION

1. Register for Freelancer account.
2. Setting up your profile:
   - Your Name / Company Name / Team / Organization.
   - IT field that you expertise. These field/categories is displayed on the bottom of this page.
   - Your Company / Your Description.
   - Decide to receive notifier e-mail or not (notifier about if there is a project posted according to your expertise, etc.).
3. View open projects and make a bid (total fee you want to charge) on the project you are interested in. At the time you place a bid, you can describe about you / your company / your bid, etc.
4. You are not allowed to post any contact info. If you give link to show your portfolio, please make sure that your page is not containing any contact info.
5. After you place a bid, Project Manager will be notified via e-mail about your bid, and the Project Manager can see your profile.
6. If you need more information about some project, you can send a message from "Message Board". This Message Board can be used to send private messages.
7. If there's another Freelancer place a bid that lower than your bid, you can decide if you want to be notified by an e-mail e-mail.
8. If you are choosen to work on those project (you win the bid), you must then have to agree or cancel the election.
9. If you are choosen, we recommend that you have to discuss about how the Project Manager will pay you before you begin the work. Payment method that valid on Indo Projects are:
   - Via "transfer money", Project Manager can transfer money from their account to your account. The money will be transferred at that time.
   - Project Manager pay you directly (outside from Indo Projects).
   - Escrow Payment. We are strongly recommend you with these payment system, because the payment system will give more "secure" to both of Freelancer and Project Manager. You can find more information about this payment system in these link.
10. After you agree to work on those project, you will get the Project Manager contact info, then you can begin your work or contact the Project Manager. At this time, small commision is retracted from your account, the amount is 5% or Rp. 25.000,- (which is greater) from your bid (the maximum ammount is Rp. 1.000.000,-). If you don't have enough credit or your credit is zero (Rp. 0,-) then your account credits will be minus. You can cover this fee later, maximum 2 month.
    Note: If the project is "Featured Project" then you are free of any commision charge.
11. After you agree, there will be notifier whether you want to use "special workspace" from Indo Projects or not, Special Workspace is a free space (FTP Account) that you get related to the project needs. To use this feature, you must fill the application form. These form is showing together with Project Manager contact info.
