PROJECT MANAGERS STEPS EXPLANATION

1. Register for a Project Manager account.
2. Post a project (opening new Freelancer job vacancy).
3. When you create a project, you can choose these options:
   - Projects category (Freelancer expertise), e.g: Java, PHP, Flash, Delphi, MS. Office, Sound Editing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, etc.
   - Whether you want to meet the Freelancer face to face or not (by phone, e-mail, mesengger, etc.) for the project.
   - Minimum experience that Freelancer must have for the project.
   - Decide the project deadline for Freelancer.
   - Upload your files to make an additional information about your project.
   - Descripe your projects as detail as possible, so that Freelancer can understand exactly what are they gonna to do(work).
   - Wheter you want to add Feature Project on your project or not. Click here to find out what is Featured Project are.
4. After you created the project successfully. The Freelancers can view your project and make a bid (their total service charge to finish your project).Freelancers will compete to be cheapest to got your project.
5. Basically, Freelancers will give the description about him / about their company at the time they make a bid.
6. You're not allowed to post your contact info on your project description, you can use Message Board to communicate with Freelancers (This Message Board can be used to send private messages).
7. You can see the Freelancers portfolios, reviews, ratings, and comments who make a bid on your project. Then you can select a Freelancer that you think is the most cheapest, professional or greatest.
8. At Indo Projects, there's no any commission fees retracted for Project Manager Account, except for "Featured Project".
9. After you select the Freelancer and the Freelancer accept to work on the project, then the project is closed and you'll got the contact info of the Freelancer.
10. Before the Freelancer starting to work on your proejct, You would better discussed with the Freelancer about the way you pay the Freelancer. There's several payment method you can do to pay the Freelancer, there are :
    - Via "transfer money". You can do "transfer money" from your account management area, the money from your account will be transferred to the Freelancer account at that time.
    - You can pay the Freelancer directly (outside Indo Projects).
    - Escrow Payments. We are strongly recommend you to use this payment system, because this payment system will give more "secure" for both of Project Manager and Freelancer. You can find more information about Escrow Payment on these link.
11. Before you open a project, they will be a notifier to follow our project guidelines to make a successfull project in Indo Projects.
